Ordering

Q – How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We’re always happy to ship your order as soon as we can. It might take us 48 hours to get it all set and another 3-7 days to get it to you, depending on where you live in the US.

Q – Do you ship internationally?

To be straight with you, no.  We are NOT shipping outside of the US at this time. Please contact us directly to check if there is a local distributor or another option to buy Cut the Bull products in your country.

Q – Can I expediate my order?

Most of the time, sure thing! If you’re in a hurry to get your product, just email us at contactus@cutthebullfoods.com and we’ll arrange for expediated shipping and share the associated costs with you for the upgrade.

Q – How can I place an order?

Q – Do you offer product samples?

We do not offer product samples at present.  In the near future, we will be offering sample kits for purchase to try out our selection of products.

Q – How do I become an authorized reseller?

Returns

Q – Can I return or exchange my product?

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you don’t, we’ll give you your money back. Just send back what you didn’t use within 30 days of buying it and we’ll handle the rest.  No fuss, no hard feelings.  Just complete the Cut the Bull Returns Form.

Q – Are your products third-party tested?

Absolutely!  All of our products are third-party tested.

Q – Are your products non-GMO?

Definitely! We only use the purest ingredients without GMO’s.

Q – Are your products nut-free?

Our products do not contain nuts.  However, they are manufactured in cGMP-compliant facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, egg, wheat, sesame, shellfish, and fish.  Our facility takes strict precautionary measures to ensure no cross contamination occurs, but it is possible trace amounts could be present.

Q – Where are your ingredients sourced?

Our diverse line of ingredients is sourced from all over the world.

Q – How should the product be stored?

We recommend that our products be stored in a cool, dry place.

Q – What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our products ranges from 18 months to 2 years.
