Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Hey, y’all! We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you don’t, we’ll give you your money back. Just send back what you didn’t use within 30 days of buying it and we’ll handle the rest.  No fuss, no hard feelings.

 

Here’s how to get your refund:

  1. Fill out the Cut the Bull Returns Form
  2. We’ll email you the return address in 2-3 business days after you submit the form.
  3. Mail us the product you are returning following the email instructions.
  4. Get your refund in the same way you paid us within 2-3 business days of receiving your package.

Return Shipping

You pay for the shipping cost of returning the product and any new/replacement items (depends on the situation).

Damage & Issues

Check your order when you get it and tell us right away if the item is bad, broken, or not what you ordered. We’ll figure out the best way to make it right for you. 

Refunds

If we say yes to your refund, we’ll give it back the way you paid. Don’t forget your bank or credit card people might be slow to show the refund.

Return Exceptions

Our standard policy does NOT apply to the items below:

  1. Products purchased from third-party physical retail locations (brick-and-mortar) or from third-party online retailers. These purchases must be returned to the original seller.
  2. Products you got for free or from a promotional giveaway or contest.
  3. Cut the Bull Foods reserves the right to deny excessive returns or abuse of the system.
